Picking Corn

Daddy is helping Nolan climb into the combine so he can ride with Pa Schultz. Last month Nolan got to ride in the combine when Pa was combining his soy beans. This time the 2-row corn picker is on and it's time to finish picking the corn.

Here they come!

They're turning the corner. Mom was down wind and catching all the corn dust!

Pa and Nolan climbed back into the combine while daddy and Connor looked at the pigs. Don't worry the pigs didn't get run over... they moved as soon as the combine started up.

Wagon Ride

Nolan and Connor going for a wagon ride. We ended up putting the wagon in Pa Schultz's truck and heading out in the field to unload corn.

Connor sound asleep in the foot-well of Pa's truck. We all piled in the truck and went to the other end of the farm and back while he slept! He didn't wake up until Pa started the elevator for the corn... it makes a lot of noise.
